Christmas 2009

 

Dear Parents/Carers

As winter is approaching we would like to offer the children some hot chocolate and a homemade biscuit. If you would like your child to do this please send in 25p

I apologise for the confusion about the date for the Christmas Concert. This was originally sent out as Friday 18th December at 6.30 pm. This is a mistake. The concert is at St Eloy’s on Wednesday 16th December at 6.30 pm.

 

Dates for December:

 

Monday 7th                                                      Christmas Fair 3.30 pm – 7 pm

Thursday 10th                                                   Y3/4 girls cross country finals

Monday/Tuesday 14th/15th                                 Class 1 and 2 theatre visit to see The Gruffalo

Wednesday 16th (am)                                        Dress rehearsal at Church

Wednesday 16th                                               Church concert 6.30pm

Thursday 17th                                                   School party

Friday 18th                                                       Carol service in Church 10.30 am

                                                                        Christmas lunch

                                                                        School closes 2.30 pm

 

 

For the school party we would like all children to have a school lunch, as this will be

a party lunch. If your child has a packed lunch and you do not wish them to have a

party lunch, please return the slip below. In addition, if you would like your child to

have a Christmas lunch, please return the slip below.

 

The cost of lunch is £2 for first child and £1.80 sibling

(Children already having school dinners do not need to return the slip).
